Sustainability Extends Beyond Just Products.

ReSource Arizona takes a holistic approach to the environment and our goal of becoming a sustainable enterprise. Our focus is on waste management; delivery of sustainable and responsible products & services; and extending the life of your flooring investment – reducing raw material consumption. We are continuously evaluating methods and processes to reduce and eliminate material waste and other nonvalue added processes that negatively impact our environment.

Selective Replacement.

We promote the use of modular products, specifically carpet tile, for selective replacement. Designing for selective replacement of modular carpet allows us to replace only those sections of carpet that receive the most wear. Additionally, we can redesign your space reusing carpet tile in other locations within a given facility ( i.e. breakrooms). This reduces your investment and consumption of natural resources to manufacture new carpet.

Estimation.

Using advanced estimation technology, ReSource Arizona's Callidus™ software allows us to automate the estimation process improving accuracy and turnaround time, while minimizing material waste and non-value added cost before the order is ever placed. Floor plans are transmitted electronically, thus reducing transportation emissions generated while transporting project plans to and from customer facilities.

Renovisions®.

Waste is not limited to flooring products alone. It takes natural resources to produce, deliver and maintain other interior finishes within a facility. Our patented furniture lift tools and technology, Renovisions®, allow us to remove and replace modular flooring products, yet protect your furniture investment. We simply lift furniture panels by less then 2 inches without damaging panels, wires and cabling within the furniture system.

USGBC’s LEED™ System.

The U.S. Green Building Council created the innovative, LEED™ building rating and certification system as a design guide to focus on design and construction categories that will reduce a building’s footprint on the environment. ReSource Arizona provides a wide selection of products and services designed to reduce their footprint throughout manufacturing, building construction and use. Many of these features, such as recycled content, under floor air distribution, construction waste management and low emitting materials ( carpets, adhesives and maintenance products) provide the industry’s highest contribution toward LEED™ certification under Versions 2.0 and 2.1( new buildings), EB ( existing buildings) and CI (commercial interiors).

Maintenance Services.

ReSource Arizona's Floor Care products are formulated using environmentally responsible ingredients and show superior performance in soil and stain removal. Our Maintenance Services keep products performing longer. This reduces the need for premature replacement and the consumption of raw materials. We take a comprehensive and preventative approach to carpet care with a goal to extend the life of your investment by 5 to 10 years.

Access Flooring.

Nearly 15% of LEED™ certification points are acquired through energy efficient design. Higher levels of energy efficiency can be achieved when using access floor with under floor air distribution. ReSource Arizona offers both low profile

(wires/cabling) and traditional access flooring solutions, designed specifically for under floor HVAC that maximize flexibility and minimize churn costs. Under floor air distribution is a proven strategy to help attain maximum credit for energy efficiency and thermal comfort for LEED™ certified green buildings.
